Terms of Service

Subscription 

To gain access to any of the content or features of Your Guide to Style a Subscription must be purchased. The general public does not have access to any of the features or content provided through Your Guide To Style, Inc. Subscriptions are only available through the Website.

 

Please read this agreement before purchasing a Subscription. When you purchase a Subscription for Your Guide To Style this is establishing a bound agreement between you and Your Guide To Style, Inc. If you do not agree with these terms of service please do not purchase a Subscription.  Any changes to the Subscription are effective if they are posted to www.yourguidetostyle.com and will apply to you if you renew your Subscription. 

 

A Subscription is limited to one user per Subscription account.  This Subscription is not permitted to be transferred or sold to another individual.

 

Subscriptions Available

  1. 1 Month Subscription: The 1 Month Subscription is paid for in monthly installments. You authorize Your Guide To Style, Inc. every month the 1 Month Subscription is active to charge the most current credit card provided on your account.  The 1 Month Subscription fee will continue to be charged automatically each month until the 1 Month Subscription has been cancelled. This can be cancelled by following the cancellation procedure in this agreement. To avoid being charged for the month you would like to cancel you will need to cancel the 1 Month Subscription before your next renewal date.
  2. 6 Month Subscription: The 6-Month Subscription is paid for in 6 month installments. You authorize Your Guide To Style, Inc. to charge the most current credit card provided on your account every 6 months. The 6 Month Subscription fee will continue to be charged automatically on the renewal day until the 6 Month Subscription has been cancelled. This can be cancelled by following the cancellation procedure in this agreement. To avoid being charged for the 6 months you would like canceled you will need to cancel the 6 Month Subscription before the renewal date.
  3. 12 Month Subscription: The 12 Month Subscription is paid for in 12 month installments. You authorize Your Guide To Style, Inc. to charge the most current credit card provided on your account every 12 months.  The 12 Month Subscription fee will continue to be charged automatically on the renewal day until the 12 Month Subscription has been cancelled. This can be cancelled by following the cancellation procedure in this agreement. To avoid being charged for the 12 months you would like canceled you will need to cancel the 12 Month Subscription before the renewal date.

 

Promotions

Any promotions offered by Your Guide To Style, Inc. cannot be combined with any other offer.

 

One Time Free Trial: A One Time Free trial will be offered for any new user. The terms of the Free Trial will vary and Your Guide To Style, Inc. reserves the right to change the length of the Free Trial at any time. If you choose to do the Free Trial, your credit card will be required to sign up. The credit card will be charged at the end of the Trial period if you do not cancel and will be for the subscription you have chosen at the time of the renewal. The subscription can be changed at any time during the Free Trial but will only be charged at the renewal date. If you are charged and would like to change the Subscription please refer to the Changes To Subscription or Subscription Cancellation below.

Changes in Fees

Pricing on the Subscription may vary from time to time. Special offers and promotions may happen periodically. The price of your Subscription at the time of purchase can not be guaranteed to be the lowest price or the best price ever available. We reserve the right to change the Subscription prices, Free Trial periods and promotions. We will not change the price of the then-current Subscription pricing when you agreed to your Subscription terms.

 

If you are on a current Subscription we will notify you of any changes in pricing before your renewal period. If you are not in agreement with the changes to the Subscription you will need to cancel your Subscription within the proper time frame of your renewal.

 

Subscription Payment

It is your responsibility to keep any payment information on the My Profile section current and up to date until you are no longer a subscriber to Your Guide To Style, Inc. You authorize Your Guide To Style, Inc. and our third party processing providers to charge your most current credit card provided on the same day each month that your Subscription fee is due. This includes any fees and taxes that are necessary.

 

If you want the Subscription to charge to your credit card on a different day than it currently charges, you will need to cancel your Subscription and renew it on the day you would like to be charged.

 

Subscription Cancellations

If you decide you need to cancel a Your Guide To Style, Inc Subscription before the Subscription end date you will be eligible for a refund if you meet the following:

  1. 1 Month Subscription Cancellation: There will be no refund for 1 Month Subscriptions. If you cancel during your active month we will cancel the following month but keep it active through the end of that active payment period.
  2. 6 Month Subscription Cancellation: If you are on a 6 Month Subscription you will be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel anytime within the 6 month period AND your active usage multiplied by the base monthly fee is less than the total amount paid for the active Subscription. The 6 Month Subscription gives you a discount each month for purchasing a full 6 months, so when a cancellation is requested the monthly fee you paid for the months used will be changed to the base monthly fee for the 1 Month Subscription. This is multiplied by the months used and subtracted from what you paid. If the number of months used multiplied by the 1 month rate exceeds the cost of the current Subscription you will not receive a refund.
  3. 12 Month Subscription Cancellation: If you are on a 12 Month Subscription you will be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel anytime within the 12 month period AND your active usage multiplied by the base monthly fee is less than the total amount paid for the active Subscription. The 12 Month Subscription gives you a discount each month for purchasing a full 12 months, so when a cancellation is requested the monthly fee you paid for the months used will be changed to the base monthly fee for the 1 Month Subscription. This is multiplied by the months used and subtracted from what you paid. If the number of months used multiplied by the 1 month rate exceeds the cost of the current Subscription you will not receive a refund.

 

Refund Method

If you are provided a refund it will be charged back to the credit card that made the original payment for the current Subscription you are cancelling.

 

Changes to Subscription 

Your Subscription can be changed at anytime but will not take effect until your next renewal.  If you want to change your Subscription immediately you will need to cancel your current Subscription. Please see the Subscription Cancellation section for more details.

Once you click the link and another browser tab or window is opened Your Guide To Style, Inc. is no longer responsible for anything that occurs on the Retailer’s website. You will be bound to the Retailer’s policies at that time. Your Guide To Style does NOT contain any affiliate links or advertising campaigns.
